I spent years inside fitness organizations — managing gyms, training personal trainers, and operating inside businesses where the work was real, but the visibility wasn’t. Assessments ran differently depending on the trainer, managers couldn’t see what was happening until the month was over, and the available software either didn’t fit — or didn’t care.
